Are you passionate about helping others and enjoy interacting with people? We are looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relations Ambassadors, supporting members of the public at service centres across Singapore.

Working Hours

• Shift A: Monday to Saturday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Rostered schedule)
• Shift B: Monday to Sunday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Rostered schedule)
• Salary: Gross up to $2,700/month
• Deployment across multiple service centres based on operational needs.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
• Guide members of the public in using digital government services and self-service kiosks.
• Answer general enquiries and provide information on government services.
• Recommend relevant government schemes and services based on customers' needs.
• Collect customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
• Support daily operations, including administrative and event preparation.
• Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming service centre environment.
• Remain alert to safety or security concerns and report any incidents promptly.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life.
• Basic computer literacy and confidence in using digital applications.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
