💼 What You’ll Be Doing

✨ Be the voice of our company
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and escalations across different channels—always keeping service standards high and customers happy.

🤝 Lead and support our Virtual Assistant team
Train and guide the team to ensure smooth communication between customers and operations.

🧹 Take care of our frontline heroes
Support our cleaning staff by managing schedules, addressing welfare matters, and ensuring they have clear job instructions.

🚀 Improve how we work
Spot gaps in operations and suggest smarter, more efficient ways to improve customer experience and internal processes.

📋 Keep things organised
Maintain accurate records, reports, and coordinate scheduling between Virtual Assistants and on-ground cleaners.

💡 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in cleaning, home services, or hospitality.

• Experience in leading or guiding a team, either formally or informally.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and service recovery skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including customers, Virtual Assistants, and cleaners.

• Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or workforce management systems.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.

• Empathetic leadership style, with the ability to support and motivate cleaning staff.
