Specific Job Role/Scope:
To assist and coordinate shipment arrangement for airfreight exports for customers - local accounts, overseas agents and co-loaders.
Customer service and solutioning to customers.
To ensure customer satisfaction with quality and reliable total logistics solution and support services.
Smooth shipment arrangements with close follow up to shipment completion.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Liaising and timely respond with various stakeholders such as shippers, oversea agents, co-loaders, commercial teams and export operations personnel, airlines, transporter, warehouse, VCC (permit), insurance and fumigation via phone call, texts and emails.
Arrange collection of cargoes from shipper premises with transporters.
Checking of space with with various airlines.
Book and secure space with airlines to export shipments.
Ensuring feasibility of net rates and selling rates.
Arrange permits, insurance and fumigation on behalf of shippers.
Follow up on shipment status, DN and POD from agents.
Job Creation in CargoWise.
Support cross trade business if required.
Qualifications and Requirement:
Diploma and above.
Experience in Air Export Customer Service role.
Good communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
