Job Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service professional supporting sales operations by managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to daily customer enquiries to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Prepare project documentation and complete routine administrative tasks accurately to assist project management
• Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient shipment execution
• Verify customer order details for accuracy and completeness before confirmation to prevent errors
• Provide order confirmations and proactively communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure billing accuracy by verifying compliance with agreed payment terms and conditions
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to track orders and ensure timely fulfilment
• Manage filing systems, prepare necessary documents, schedule appointments, and handle incoming calls professionally
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support smooth team operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent education
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications to support daily tasks and documentation
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player with a responsible attitude

• Location: Eco-tech @ Sunview Road
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
