Our Client Service/Product: Waste Management

The Responsibilities:

• Assist the Customer Services team in answering customer inquiries through phone, email or WhatsApp support
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening and responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional manner
• Accurately process orders, check/print/scan CODO, matching PO while ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up actions taken
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and other team members
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

The Requirements:

• Communicate effectively with customers, listening to their concerns, and provide timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
• Collaborate with other members of the team to provide excellent customer service
