Job Scope:

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests, offering guidance and information.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Manage phone calls, appointments, and messages efficiently.
• Maintain showroom appearance, support marketing efforts, and address complaints promptly.

Requirements:

• Preferably with at least NITEC in Service Skills or relevant discipline
• At least 1 years of experience as a concierge or customer service ambassador
