$2,400 - 2,800 monthly

Job Description - Customer Service & Administrative Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import and export shipments from start to finish.

  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and other freight documentation.

  • Liaise with customers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and overseas agents.

  • Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers.

  • Arrange bookings and coordinate deliveries and collections.

  • Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and documentation requirements.

  • Resolve shipment issues and support customers with enquiries.

  • Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.

  • Perform general administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics is preferred.

  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping procedures is an advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
