Opportunity to Develop Operations & Communication Skills
Our Client, one of Singapore's most dependable EV charging contractors, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Customer Service & Operations Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service & Case Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for new customer enquiries by responding promptly, confirming requirements, answering questions, and recording all interactions in the system.
Coordinate and schedule site surveys based on customer availability.
Manage the customer journey from enquiry to project completion, including survey, quotation, installation, and completion.
Proactively follow up on outstanding enquiries and ongoing cases to ensure timely progress and no missed actions.
Liaise with dealer sales consultants (BMW, MINI, Lexus, Eurokars) regarding project status, customer updates, and EV charger collection arrangements.
Reserve inventory for company-supplied EV chargers and identify items that require replenishment or ordering.
Inventory & Warehouse Administration
Review and process stock withdrawal requests before installation teams collect materials from the warehouse.
Record incoming goods from suppliers and returned items from dealers, including registering EV charger serial numbers.
Track EV charger collections from dealer parts departments and maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor stock levels daily and notify the team when inventory requires replenishment.
Maintain accurate inventory records through timely updates of stock receipts, withdrawals, returns, and regular stock counts.
General Office Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, project, and inventory records.
Take ownership of new enquiries, pending tasks, and follow-up actions without requiring reminders.
Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of work.
Support general administrative and office duties as required by the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
1 year relevant experience preferred
Must have good communication skills

Location: Ubi / MacPherson
Working Days/Hours: 5 Days/Office hours, 9am - 6pm
Salary: $3,200 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
