Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Custom Die-cut Components Manufacturer
  • Position Title: Customer Service & Project Coordinator
  • Working Location: Serangoon North
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for assigned customers and respond to enquiries on quotations, orders, deliveries, engineering changes, and complaints.
  • Process and monitor customer purchase orders, order fulfilment, delivery status, delays, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate customer RFQs from receipt to quotation submission.
  • Manage NPI project documents, including drawings, specifications, BOMs, revision changes, samples, prototypes, and first article activities.
  • Track project milestones, engineering changes, product transfers, and qualification activities with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer and project information in the ERP system.
  • Prepare and update quotations, cost sheets, sales orders, purchase orders, work orders, reports, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and suppliers to meet customer requirements.
  • Escalate delivery, quality, or project risks and support problem-solving and corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Project Coordination, NPI, or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or precision manufacturing will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, customer service, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, order management, and document control will be advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings, product documents, industrial adhesives, foams, or flexible materials will be advantageous.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
