Customer Service & Sales Support Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve shipping-related issues promptly and professionally

• Support the sales team by providing quotations, managing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for business growth

• Coordinate and manage shipping operations, including booking cargo space, arranging transportation and managing documentation for import and export shipments

• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, invoices and packing lists

• Track shipments and provide customers with regular updates on cargo status and expected delivery times

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all shipments, transactions and customer communications

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements and company procedures

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

• Assist with invoicing, cost reconciliation and general administrative tasks related to shipping operations

• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent

• At least 2 - 3 experience in sales support with shipping coordination, preferably familiar with import & export operations

• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs documentation and international trade requirements

• Candidate who is available within short notice will be an added advantage
