Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries and quotations requests.
• Provide support to sales activities.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Process customer's Purchase Order in a timely manner.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on requests.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Ability to multitask and work independently
