Job Description

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + OT
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receive Request for quote (RFQ) from customer.
• Prepare quotes for products based on customers' requirements.
• Prepare and generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints.
• Liaise with the production planner on delivery schedules.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and purchasing departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the invoicing, quoting and production planning process.
• Ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

• Preferably with 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to learn.
