Customer Service Assistant (Logistics)

Basic information: 

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  Alt Saturdays 9am to 1pm
• Basic UP $3200
• Location: Aljunied
• Bonus provided

Job Scope:

• Manage daily operational and administrative duties efficiently
• Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide customer service support
• Coordinate bookings, shipments, and operational arrangements with customers
• Prepare and process documentation for drivers and logistics operations
• Create and update job entries and booking records accurately
• Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Provide administrative support and assist the direct superior as required

Additional Information: 

• Min 1 year of of relevant experience in the logistics/supply chain industry 
• Min Diploma 
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good communication skills
