Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare quotations, including ad-hoc Cash-on-Delivery (COD) requests.
Liaise with overseas agents to obtain freight rates and shipment requirements.
Prepare shipping documentation for LCL and FCL shipments accurately.
Coordinate closely with import and export operations to ensure timely documentation and billing.
Work with carriers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth and on-time shipment delivery.
Ensure compliance with customers' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prepare Dangerous Goods (DG) declarations and coordinate packing and labelling requirements.
Provide guidance to Customer Service Executives and Customer Service Officers, serving as the first point of escalation.
Support the team with other operational or administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in Seafreight operations.
Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Good communication, coordination, team player and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
