Job Description - CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to ensure timely progress and optimize productivity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, supplier and other third parties.
  • Ensure a positive client experience by addressing concerns and providing personalized service.
  • Documentation and Reporting.
  • Prepare and submit progress updates, reports, and documentation to relevant parties.
  • Monitor the availability and allocation of manpower and materials etc.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Possess a critical-thinking ability
  • Effective time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients or any third parties
  • Problem-solving ability with attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to handle challenges calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Willing to attend calls or travel island-wide when necessary with own transport arrangement
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends or holidays
  • Able to attend emergency call due to works needs beyond offive hours
  • 6 working days
