Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Western part of Singapore

Working hours: 44 hours per week (8.15am – 5.48pm) , 5 days work

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist sales team

· Responsible for the autonomous customer care and overall sales support for the assigned markets and the accomplishment of the connected routines (respectively quotations, orders etc.) and all correspondence implementing the given communication- and information systems

· Independently preparing quotatons and control margins and controlling the sales performance of the dedicated accounts

· Responsible for the administration and update of all databases and the filing system

· Responsible for the control of the order processing including backorders in accordance with the responsible sales-, procurement-, disposition- or Management manager whether located in Singapore or Germany

· Proper and timely handling of all shipments including compliance with all applicable regulations and policies (customs and foreign trade law and import regulations of the importing country as well as specific customer requirements)

· Monitoring and coordination of the proper and timely dispatch of all shipments

· Responsible for the prompt return (to the superior) of all customer- and market information

· Creation of sales related evaluations in accordance with the sales manager/analyse markets/check market trends

· Assisting the sales manager (or junior sales manager) and the customers while implementing marketing instruments in consultation with the marketing department in the headquarters

· Support of the sales manager, general manager for upcoming business trip/join or individually travel to markets

· Participation in projects and documentation of the results

· Training of new sales coordinators

· Independent compliance of all duties which are listed in the manual sales overseas

· Autonomous contribution in the quality management process (suggestion system) and active participation in training programs

· Responsible for the rapid realization and control of all assigned tasks

Requirements

· Diploma holder with 2 years of experience

· Strong Excel knowledge or Knowledge for Navision/SAP

· Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
