Customer Service cum Sales (Retail)

Location: Balestier Road (Near Novena MRT)

Salary: SGD 2,500 – 3200 per month + Sales Commission

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Inclusive of meal break)

Work Schedule:

· 5-day work week (Rest Days: Sunday & Monday), or

· 6-day work week (Rest Day: Monday)

· Alternative rest day arrangements may be considered based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs.

· Handle customer enquiries and provide follow-up support.

· Process sales transactions accurately.

· Replenish stock and maintain a clean and organised retail environment.

· Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements

· Experience in customer service, retail or sales is an advantage.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Basic computer literacy is preferred.

· Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
