Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support our customers and operations team.

What You Will Do

1. Reply to customer enquiries in a polite and helpful manner
2. Follow up on customer feedback, complaints and service issues
3. Work closely with the factory team to resolve customer cases
4. Support drivers on collection and delivery matters
5. Update customer information and case notes in the system
6. Keep customers informed on the status of their orders or issues
7. Provide good service and build strong customer relationships

3. Able to handle customer issues calmly and professionally
4. Organised and careful with follow-up
5. Able to work independently and as part of a team
6. Basic computer skills
7. Experience in customer service is a plus

Location: West Singapore

Salary: $2,400 to $2,800

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and alternate Saturday
