Customer Service Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer support and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the service process. The successful candidate will coordinate customer enquiries, service bookings and operational arrangements while working closely with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare quotations, service confirmations and related documentation.
• Coordinate service bookings and schedules with the operations team.
• Provide customers with updates on service status and appointment arrangements.
• Address customer feedback, enquiries and complaints, and follow up on resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requests.
• Assist with invoicing, payment follow-up and administrative support where required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
