Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive whose role responsibilities includes the following:
1. Coordinate and support the sales activities of the Sales Division.
2. Coordinate incoming orders and deliveries to customers with:
i) Production Department
ii) Delivery Department
3. Process credit note/debit note if necessary.
4.. Coordination for every delivery order with different transporter and different driver.
5. To assist the Customer Service Manager.
6. To carry out reception duties during lunch hours on rotation basis.
7 Identify complaint and reporting to concerned department for guidance and assistance.
8.. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
