Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer support and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the service process in a fast-paced SME environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming point of contact for client calls and emails, delivering prompt and professional customer support
• Coordinate customer enquiries by gathering information and preparing accurate quotations to facilitate order processing
• Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to confirm order details and ensure completion
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and ensure timely, efficient service delivery
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
• Assist management with ad hoc administrative tasks to support smooth business operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, preferably in Food Packaging products
• Proactive in building relationships and proposing solutions
• Highly meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin to be able to interact with customers effectively
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
• Work in Ubi area
