Customer Service Executive

Helius Technologies is expanding its team in Singapore! We are looking for energetic and candidate-centric Customer Service Executives to join our operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle omnichannel customer inquiries (calls, emails, and live chat) in a prompt, professional, and empathetic manner.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints by coordinating with internal support teams and escalated channels.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
4. Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for response and resolution times.
5. Participate in regular team briefings and continuous service improvement training.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum Diploma (Local Polytechnic or Recognized Institution).
2. Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates 0–3 years of customer service or front-line support experience is a plus.
3. Communication: Strong command of spoken and written English with good interpersonal skills.
4. Mindset: Customer-first attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform under high-volume queries.

Work Schedule & Location:

1. Work Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore
2. Schedule: Rotating Shifts (Includes weekends and Public Holidays).
3. Work Mode: On-site / Contract

Compensation & Eligibility:

1. Base Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 / month (commensurate with experience).
2. Additional Allowance: Includes monthly shift allowance + OFF days/public holiday compensation as per Singapore Employment Act guidelines.
3. Work Authorization: Open to candidates who do not require work pass sponsorship (Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents). (Note: Work pass sponsorship such as EP, S Pass, or Work Permit is not available for this position).
