Customer Service Executive $4500

Order Fulfilment | Sales Support | Logistics Coordination

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to support order fulfilment, customer enquiries, and sales coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with customers and internal teams, and takes ownership to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
• Provide product information, quotations, and order updates
• Process sales orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely delivery
• Prepare quotations, Purchase Requisitions (PR), Sales Orders (SO), and related documents
• Support the sales team with proposals, order follow-ups, and customer documentation
• Coordinate delivery arrangements, installations, and product demonstrations
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, order fulfilment, sales coordination, or logistics support
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Able to multitask and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Good working attitude and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
