Customer Service Executive

Job Scope:

• Assist in the preparation of transshipment documentation.
• Perform reporting and data entry tasks.
• Coordinate all shipping requirements related to transshipments.
• Prepare and review transshipment documentation for accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding rates and provide assistance with queries, bookings, follow-ups, and complaints.
• Track shipments and provide updates.
• Manage and follow up on any discrepancies that arise.
• Fulfill any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Possess a GCE 'N'/'O' level or diploma qualification, or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the freight forwarding/transportation/logistics industry. Fresh school leavers with the right aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Prior experience with the Cargowise system is not essential but would be advantageous.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
