Customer Service Executive (Aerospace) #EAT

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and repair quotations in the ERP system

• Manage customer enquiries and provide repair status updates
• Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfilment and shipment schedules
• Review purchase orders and contracts for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain customer master data and pricing records
• Prepare reports and support RFQ activities
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is preferred
