Job Description - Customer Service Executive (Indoor Sales)

·      Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations based on customer requirements.

·       Process sales orders, purchase requisitions, invoices, and delivery arrangements accurately using the ERP system.

·       Monitor order status and coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and professional service.

·       Resolve customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

·       Source products, obtain supplier quotations, and support procurement activities to meet customer and project requirements.

·       Maintain accurate sales and order documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

·       Be willing to adopt and leverage AI tools and digital technologies to improve work efficiency, productivity, and customer service processes.

·       Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by keeping up to date with new technologies, including AI applications relevant to the role.

·       Support continuous process improvements and perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Required Skills & Experiences

·        Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Candidates with qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related engineering fields will have an added advantage.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas).

·        Experience with ERP systems is preferred. Familiarity with digital platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, online chat systems, or e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

·        Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

·        Willing to learn and adopt AI tools and digital technologies to improve work efficiency and customer service processes.

·       Positive attitude, proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

·       Ability to work and thrive under pressure in fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task
