CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (Insurance Claim / Vehicle Leasing) @ Kaki Bukit

Job Responsible

• Handle accident reporting & insurance claim 
  
• Collection of insurance excess
• responsible for insurance renewal and new lead
• Process insurance documentation (eg, Quotation, Issue motor cover notes, policy, insurance certificates and etc)
• Follow up with customer on leasing matters
• Provide administrative tasks
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' level cert and above 
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Candidate with basic certificate in motor insurance will have added advantage
• Preferable 1 year of working experience in the related field
