Customer Service Executive / West / FMCG Industry

Our client is a FMCG industry, one of the leading players to provide foodservice. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Stock Control Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.

Duties of Customer Service Executive:

• Coordinate customer orders from start to finish, overseeing the entire order-to-cash process
• Collaborate with various teams to promptly address requests and issues
• Handle return processing and manage price adjustments
• Expedite and monitor customer orders, responding to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, etc.
• Implement corrective measures to address customer concerns and improve order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with company and business policies, managing open sales orders and ensuring smooth order processing

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business Admin / Supply Chain
• Minimum of 1 year previous Customer Service experience in an F&B / FMCG environment including management of complex/challenging customer issues
