Our client is a Ministry related call center.
They are looking for a Customer Care Officer to join their amazing team!
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer service hotline and provide level 1 support in call center
• Handle queries over the phone or email
• Stay updated and apply the right actions when rendering aid to customers
• Active listening and understanding customers, thereby resolving/escalating issues accordingly
• Work as a team to ensure service standards are met
Job Requirements:
• Candidates should possess minimum ‘O’ levels
• Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-player
• Experience in customer care/call center not required but will be an added bonus!

Other Info
• Salary: ~$1,800
• Working hour: Weekdays (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Alternate Sat (8.30am to 1pm)
• Location: Bukit Batok
