• Location: Lakeside
• Working hours: 5.5 days/week, alternate Saturday, 7.30am to 4.30pm / 12pm to 9pm
• Salary: up to $2,800 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Responsible for the preparation work of invoice, order processing, delivery orders and delivery summary
• Reply and acknowledge customer enquiry, order, provide delivery summary report through email or phone call
• Check GRN (Goods Received Notice)
• Perform closing for all D/O
• Prepare and perform inbound, outbound and inventory reports
• Manage trucking container/shipping instructions for warehouse with Freight team
• Daily filing
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Job Requirement

• Computer literate (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred)
• Must possess at least a Secondary School ‘N’ level/Higher academic in any field
• Fluent in English to communicate with clients
• Able to perform well in fast-paced environments
