Job Description - Customer Service Officer (Basic up to 2.8k / Entry Level)

NO experience is welcomed!

Work Location: CCK, Tampines, Hougang

Working Hours: 5 days work week

Monday : Rest Day
Tuesday : 1:00pm to 6:00pm / 6:00pm to 10:00 pm
Wednesday to Friday : 1:00pm to 9:30pm
Saturday and Sunday : 8:30am to 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and process all enrolments and registration for students
In-charge of school fee collection
Handle & follow-up on customers' enquires
Assist in school operations
Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

Min. O Level qualifications
Possess customer service skills and comfortable to handle children
Able to work in the evenings and weekends
