Responsibilities
Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Provide information on courses, schedules, and enrolment procedures.
Assist parents and students with course recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information and smooth operations.
Support administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments.
Working Hours
4 weekdays: 1:15 PM – 9:45 PM
1 weekend: 8:15 AM – 6:45 PM
Requirements
Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Friendly, customer-oriented, and possesses good communication skills.
