Salary: Up to $3,000
Location: Islandwide Singapore
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Officer to handle student and parent enquiries, provide course consultation, and deliver excellent frontline customer service. You will manage calls, WhatsApp, and emails, ensuring prompt response and resolution.
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Provide course consultation, enrolment support, and curriculum information
Deliver excellent customer service and customer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely issue resolution
Coordinate with centre operations and sales team on schedules and availability
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Support administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks
4 Weekdays: 1:15pm – 9:45pm
1 Weekend: 8:15am – 6:45pm
GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma in any field
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call centre / retail / education)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
