Customer Service Officer (Service Center)

The Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers at the service center
• Handle customer requests related to RMA , including device receiving, collection, and basic status updates.
• Assist in credit note application and submission processes for customers.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry of customer and product details.
• Liaise with internal teams (technical/service/finance) to support smooth customer transactions.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative or support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Working experience in supporting IT related equipment
• At least 2 years of working experience in a fast-paced Service Center environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced expertise in Excel functions.
• Strong communication, enjoy problem-solving and the ability to handle difficult customer situations in a professional manner.
• Able to commit on alternate 5.5 work week.
