Job Description - Customer Service Officer | Up to $2,400 | East

The Job:

Handle telephone/walk-in enquiries bookings and reservations.
Ensure seamless and smooth check in/out of guests/members.
Payment collection and compiling of takings against revenue collection report at the end of the day.
Ensure adequate supply of stationeries for smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Customer service oriented
Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holiday
5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
Rotating Shifts: 8.30am to 5.45pm / 10.45am to 8pm
Monthly laundry allowance provided
Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
