Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

Join our team to deliver exceptional customer service by managing enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting smooth daily transport operations.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, delivering professional and responsive customer service.
• Handle enquiries, provide timely updates, and work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Resolve customer feedback and complaints promptly by coordinating with internal teams and following up effectively.
• Coordinate communications during service disruptions or emergencies, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service reports, and CRM data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to resolve issues professionally.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with CRM is an advantage.
• Well-organised, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of transportation or school transport operations will be an added advantage.
• Working location: North!
