• Entry level, On job training provided 
• 12 months with completion bonus 
• Office hour, Mon to Fri 

Location: West (One north)

Basic up to $4,000 

Job duties:

• Manage end-to-end customer order processing from purchase order validation to billing
• Process orders accurately and coordinate timely deliveries
• Set up new part numbers and pricing in SAP
• Prepare shipping and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues with internal stakeholders
• Monitor order backlogs and proactively communicate delivery updates
• Coordinate with logistics providers, manufacturing sites, and global vendors
• Support Finance on AR/AP-related matters
• Prepare operational reports and participate in process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KPIs, and SLAs
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Degree in Logistics and Supply chain or relevant 
• Customer service oriented
• Comfortable with 12 months contract
