*Experience in electricity retailer or SP services is an advantage*
1. Verify and process applications such as account opening, account closing, GIRO, and requests submitted by the Call Centre team (Tier 1).
2. Coordinate with SP Services and Call Centre team to ensure efficient processing of application.
3. Assign incoming tickets to other team members.
4. Assist walk in or phone-in customers for bill or account enquiry.
5. Assist senior team member with any ad-hoc task assigned.
6. Assist in software related enquiries. You will be coordinating with backend engineers to resolve escalated issues.
