Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Konigle's AI system is a web designer and developer with digital marketing skills, enabling anyone anywhere to chat with it to design, build and manage websites, perform digital marketing and more. We also share insights, case studies and tactics to make money profitably online. Our content is read by growth-minded entrepreneurs in 90+ countries.

We are expanding our team to help our customers succeed better with Konigle.

What will be your core responsibility?
Your work will help drive more customers to use Konigle to make money online profitably. Your day to day work will involve :

  1. Answering Customer Queries.
  2. Identify recurring queries and help automate responses to them, write help articles and suggest product improvements to improve the product.
  3. Write help articles and guides on how to use Konigle for our Help Portal
  4. For select customers, provide 1:1 onboarding/ demos to identify product use cases.
  5. Help analyse data to identify gaps in customer websites and help fix them.
  6. Communicate effectively with both our internal team and customers to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.

Who are we looking for?

  1. Someone who is empathetic, curious, and believes their work can make a difference.
  2. Exceptional written and oral skills in English language.
  3. Deep empathy to help less technical savvy folks adopt technology.
  4. Having an understanding of SEO and websites is a plus.
  5. Experience creating tutorials, how tos and guides would be awesome.
  6. A citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore.
