Customer Support Executive (Japanese-speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
• Explain purchasing processes and provide accurate product information
• Prepare quotations, invoices and related sales documentation
• Verify the authenticity of incoming luxury goods and jewellery
• Provide basic translation support as needed
• Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• No experience is required; training will be provided
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Willingness to work on weekends
• 1–2 years of working experience is an added advantage
• Demonstrated reliability, strong sense of responsibility, and punctuality
• Able to commit to long-term employment
• Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is an added advantage
