Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries and provide almost customer service
• Answering phone call, replying to email & live chat
• Provide assistant / solutions to customer in a timely and professional manner
• Providing information to customers regarding on the ongoing promotional events/ activities
• Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Candidate with relevant customer facing experience in Concierge/F&B/Retail are welcome to apply.
• Chinese speaking is required as will work with Chinese counterparts.
• Singaporean only.
