Dental Clinic Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the clinic team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage the overall operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high service standards.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering of supplies, and invoice administration.
• Conduct daily morning briefings with the clinic team to communicate operational updates and priorities.
• Oversee the maintenance and management of the clinic's facilities, including cleanliness, safety, equipment functionality, and general upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and other statutory requirements, including licences, maintenance schedules, and insurance matters.
• Plan and conduct regular staff training, performance evaluations, and competency assessments.
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and monitor marketing initiatives and business development activities to support the clinic's growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other computer systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, vendors, and regulatory authorities, and to prepare operational documentation and reports.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
