E-commerce Executive

Job Description:

• Overall in charge and responsible to drive sales through Affiliate Program including marketing activities/ promotion/ campaign to both existing and new online/retail merchants.

• Increase of number of online/offline stores that signup with SHOP.COM by own contacts, cold call/email, in person/online presentation, referral from UFO/PC and other contacts and achieve respective signup KPI

• Work with cross functional team and existing merchants (affiliate,shoplocal, online) on marketing activities/promotion/campaign to drive sales and improve partner’s sales performance.

• Work closely with existing merchants for monthly hot deal, festival deal to drive sales and increase commission

• Generate strategic ideas and planning to boost sales Partnerstore business and create awareness for programs which in turn drive MASG branded products and MASG unfranchise Business.

• Responsibility on setting up, integration, testing and stores and digital marketing task for assigned merchants

• Conduct and follow up with merchants on missing orders with stores to ensure valid orders are being process and awarded

• Drive and support merchants during company events

• Support project/enhancement and task replated to affiliate program and as assigned by supervisor

Skills/Education/Experience:

· Diploma/Degree holder preferably in eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field internet marketing or related discipline

· Knowledge in Online sales and Marketing, website promotion, e-commerce marketing or affiliate marketing will be advantage

· Initiative, independent and resourceful with marketing senses and business awareness

· Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Senior position based on education level and working experience

· Good presentation skills, service attitude and problem solving skills

· Mature, well-organized and good team player

· Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin in view of communication with clients

· Must be tech savy and proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint applications, etc.

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with associates.
