E-Commerce Fulfilment Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on E-Commerce Fulfilment Executive to manage daily order processing, packing, inventory coordination, and shipment fulfilment for our online sales channels. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily e-commerce orders from various online platforms
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
• Coordinate with delivery partners and courier services
• Ensure accurate labelling and shipment of products
• Monitor and update inventory stock levels
• Perform stock receiving, stock checking, and stock arrangement
• Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fulfilment area
• Assist with warehouse operations and stock movement when required
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Physically fit and comfortable handling stocks and cartons
• Prior warehouse or fulfilment experience is an advantage
• Forklift license is a bonus (optional)
