Education Centre Manager

Our client is a leading education provider committed to delivering high-quality enrichment programmes that help students build confidence and achieve their academic potential. They are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of two education centres while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and business performance.

Job Scope

• Oversee the daily operations of two education centres, ensuring smooth operations while achieving enrolment, student retention, conversion and customer service targets.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the Customer Service team to deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students by handling enquiries, addressing concerns and resolving service-related matters promptly and professionally.
• Manage student registrations, class scheduling, attendance records and general administrative functions.
• Collaborate closely with the teaching team to ensure students receive a positive and seamless learning experience.
• Monitor key operational and business performance indicators, drive enrolment growth and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and established service standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide support for company initiatives, events and projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in education, retail, customer service or the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing day-to-day operations.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales, enrolment and customer service KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Confident in handling parent communications, staff management and customer service escalations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using administrative systems.

Working Hours: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Working Location: North-East

Salary: Up to $5,000
