Engineer, Field Operation Personnel

Jeripay is looking for Engineer, Field Operation to meet our expansion needs. We are looking for skilled individuals. Field Operations form an essential part of our company, ensuring that our services are well supported on our customers' premises and continue to serve them well. They are critical as the company's frontline, frequent contact with our clients and their outlet's teams. The Engineer, Field Operation position is a hands-on role, and candidates with essential technical backgrounds would be favourably considered.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support to the merchants, including but not limited to the general operations or functionality issues via remote or on-site support

· Perform routine maintenance and repair of the android Smartpos according to the given timeline and schedule

· Conduct product delivery and collection according to the given timeline and schedule

· Excise flexibility at work, such as travel to customer sites on short notice and to in a shifting schedule whenever necessary

· Work closely with the Team Lead or related supervisor(s) in completing the designated operations tasks according to the official workflow and procedure

· Provide helpful feedback and idea to the Team Lead to improve the quality of work and services.

· Assist the team in performing technical support whenever necessary

· Assist the team in performing android Smartpos commissioning, replacement, or retrieval whenever necessary

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum ITE/Diploma in Engineering or other related fields

· Entry Level with experience are welcome to apply

· Background in engineering or technology industry will be an added advantage

· Ability to read and conduct basic training accordingly to related technical documentation

· Knowledge of the fundamentals of customer service for phone and face-to-face contact with customers

· Meticulous, organized, and able to keep tight timelines with good communication and presentation skills

· Driving license with own transport, preferably but not critical.

· The ability to remain professional under pressure

· Proficient in English and other languages to coordinate with the manufacturer to troubleshoot issues.
