Enterprises Study Tour Sales Consultant

Salary: SGD 4,000 - SGD 6,000 + Bonus

Business Areas include Singapore, the USA, Germany, and Japan. We offer business study tours, training, management consulting, and corporate in-house training.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Mainly responsible for promoting PMIS courses to training institutions/colleges/MIBA classes and reaching cooperation with B-side institutions via contacting. [Contact various companies' HR and related departments to develop annual training plans and seek collaboration in training/evaluation/study tours].
2. Responsible for effectively utilizing the company's customer data and lists to guide and uncover customer needs in various methods, recommending matching domestic and international business study tours and consulting services to entrepreneurs or executives.
3. Develop new and old customers through various channels, striving to achieve sales targets for study tours.
4. Assist in the marketing and promotion of related study tours and training courses, exploring various promotional forms (such as social media, short videos, attending exhibitions, forums, etc.) to expand course recognition and customer sources.
5. Assist training instructors in developing study tour routes and new training courses.
6. Accompanied study tour groups, providing in-class and post-class services to clients/students.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or higher, 1+ years of work experience. Experience in corporate management training consulting, study tours/MBA business school course recruitment, or similar customer resources (entrepreneurs/high-net-worth individuals) is preferred.
2. It is preferred that candidates have a strong interest in the training industry, particularly in interacting with corporate executives. Candidates should also have strong language skills.
3. Strong exploration, research, and learning abilities, with experience in new media operations or internet promotion, are preferred.
4. Strong sales target orientation, resilient, passionate, and ambitious for growth and income.
5. Strong learning ability, willing to explore and develop skills in management consulting, training, new media promotion, etc.
6. Acceptable for business trips (opportunities also available to accompany study tour teams for teaching support overseas).
7. Singaporean or Malaysian citizens are preferred.
