Entry-Level E-Commercial Assistant (West, 5 Days, $2.8k)

Salary: $2,800
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Work Location: West

Responsibilities:
• Manage and update online marketplace stores, product listings, pricing and inventory.
• Process customer orders, coordinate fulfilment and handle customer enquiries.
• Support digital marketing activities, including promotions, campaigns and social media content.
• Create and manage product-related content for online platforms.
• Monitor sales performance, campaign results and marketplace analytics.
• Coordinate with platform representatives, service providers and internal teams.
• Attend business reviews, manage supplier contracts and support renewal processes.
• Perform other e-commerce and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Nitec/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant sales support or e-commerce experience
• Candidates without experience but with strong interest are encouraged toapply
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Singaporean only need apply
