Job Summary

Provide technical expertise and project leadership to support and enhance equipment and applications, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through effective troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and troubleshoot equipment and application issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with partners to identify and implement enhancements to applications and equipment aligned with client requirements
• Lead and manage projects for the implementation of new equipment and applications, ensuring timely delivery and successful integration
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and partners to ensure clear communication and fulfillment of customer requirements
• Generate detailed reports on equipment performance, spare parts usage, and customer feedback to inform management decisions
• Manage spare parts inventory by monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment to support uninterrupted operations
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with customers to support service delivery and issue resolution

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly through verbal and written channels
• Proven problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently
• Customer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs
• Willingness to travel as required for project and customer support
