Event Manager(4K to 5K, Sport/Event Management)

Job Description & Requirements

• Planning and executing health and fitness activities in workplaces for working adults

• Conduct regular venue visits/audits

• Content creation for festive/thematic activities

• Maintain close communication with stakeholders

• Ability to work with both in-house and external providers to ensure project success

• Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project outcomes

• Generate monthly report for stakeholders

• Responsible for acknowledging messages in the HWE Facil group chat, triggering BAP

cancellations and informing HPB after working hours

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution are welcome

• To possess at least two to three years of relevant working experience

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
